Monarch Healthcare is an established care provider offering support and nursing care for older people and those living with dementia. We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Ferndene Care Home in Gainsborough, providing person-centred care and support. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living tasks, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
- Supporting individuals to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their well-being
- Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
