Job Description
The Wessex Learning Trust is seeking a Junior Financial Administrator to join our central finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include supporting the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as assisting with payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing administrative support to the finance team.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, you will need to be committed to ensuring the safeguarding of all young people across the Trust estate.
