About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at Innovate. As a key player in designing and implementing robust IT solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our cutting-edge systems within the highly regulated defence sector.

Your expertise will be essential in guiding our company through technical challenges, ensuring our IT strategy and business objectives stay aligned. You will collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to assess current systems, recommend improvements, and oversee the delivery of innovative IT projects that meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions involving Hyper-Converged Infrastructure or stand-alone systems
  • Collaborate with technical teams to assess current systems and recommend improvements
  • Lead projects involving Manufacturing Operational Infrastructure, with experience in PLCs, IoT, or OT a significant advantage
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure alignment between IT strategies and business objectives
Desired Experience
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and cloud solutions
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
  • Active MoD Developed Vetting (DV) clearance is mandatory
