This is a unique opportunity to make a positive difference in the life of a young adult with complex needs. Our client is a creative and ambulatory wheelchair user who requires dedicated caregivers to maintain their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support with daily living activities
- Assisting with health care and medication management
- Supporting social interactions and community engagement
- Assisting with household chores and domestic duties
- Providing administrative support and communication with healthcare professionals
- Accompanying the client on outings and activities
Requirements:
- Previous care experience, preferably with individuals with complex needs
- A clean automatic UK driving license and confident driving skills
- Physical fitness, patience, and a caring nature
- Self-motivation and ability to use initiative
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Mature and responsible attitude
- Fluent in English
- Clean and tidy appearance
