Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + bonuses/benefits

Working Pattern: Full Time Hybrid - 2/3 days office a week plus remote working

About the Role

A leading Lloyd's Broker is seeking a skilled Broker Technician to join its Non Marine & Management Risk department.

The successful candidate will work within a designated Broker Support team, assisting Account Executives and Brokers with all aspects of Broker support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of accurate, timely, professional, and compliant presentations, renewal reports, and other market/Client documentation as required.
  • MRC/MRCE preparation for new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
  • Peer review of Insurance documentation.
  • Handling global business, across open market and binding authorities.
  • Preparation of risk level data/management reports.
  • Resolution of Accounts Queries, including actively chasing debt of allocated Clients to ensure collection within the company guidelines.
  • Resolution of internal/external technical queries.
  • Submission of Firm Orders via PPL.
  • Ensuring Broking files are up to date.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A strong understanding of the insurance industry and its practices is essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
