We are seeking an ambitious HR Manager who's passionate about people and excited to lead the HR function in a fast-paced, expanding professional services company.

As our HR Manager, you'll be at the heart of people operations. From recruitment to organizational development, performance management to employee engagement, you'll lead initiatives that keep the team and managers motivated, engaged, and positioned to achieve their best.

About This RoleKey Responsibilities:
  1. Craft and execute strategies to attract the best talent and continue building a team that drives the vision forward with estimated $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
  2. Lead end-to-end recruitment, from crafting job postings to onboarding new hires.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations
  1. Be a trusted point of contact for employees, handling concerns and fostering an open, communicative environment.
Performance & Development
  1. Drive a high-performance culture by supporting managers with their performance development process.
  2. Coach leaders on performance improvement, ensuring every team member has the support they need to excel.
Compensation & Benefits
  1. Lead our compensation strategy, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
  2. Oversee benefits programs, from health insurance to wellness initiatives, enhancing the overall employee experience.
Compliance & Policy Development
  1. Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
Organizational Development & Culture Building
  1. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  2. Lead change management initiatives, guiding teams through organizational growth and transition.
  3. Gather insights through engagement surveys and turn feedback into actionable plans.
Data-Driven HR Insights
  1. Leverage HR data to assess the effectiveness of strategies, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  2. Report on key HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, and headcount, to support strategic decision-making.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience: At least 5 years in HR with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Adaptability & Emotional Intelligence: Strong leadership skills to navigate ambiguity and foster a positive work environment.
