Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at KennedyPearce Consulting. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in delivering a first-class employee experience and driving business improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on advisory services, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to management and employees across all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing commercially focused advice and guidance to management and employees on all aspects of HR, including employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitoring and reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation.
  • Overseeing the preparation of data for payroll and management of benefits, including absence tracking and global HR systems.
  • Partnering with the HRBP to manage the annual Merit Review process and implementing robust HR initiatives to drive business improvement.
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to assist with recruitment campaigns and coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants and their onboarding.
  • Supporting internal investigations and providing guidance on complex employee relations issues.
  • Actively contributing to local and regional HR projects within the EMEA region and participating in the social committee.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent degree in HR.
  • Progressive experience in a HR advisory role, preferably in a large, global, and commercial organization.
  • Strong interest in pro-people management and employment law.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is a strong relationship builder.
