Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at KennedyPearce Consulting. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in delivering a first-class employee experience and driving business improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a proven track record of providing commercially focused solutions and best practice advice to management and employees. You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing HR policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing guidance and support to management and employees on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Overseeing the preparation of data for payroll and management of benefits.
  • Partnering with the HRBP to manage the annual Merit Review process.
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to assist with recruitment campaigns and coordinate the appointment process for successful applicants.
  • Administering data in global HR systems, including absence tracking, payroll, and benefits.

Our ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or hold an equivalent degree in HR, with demonstrable progressive experience in a HR advisory role. They will thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, collaborating with an international team and have a strong interest in pro-people management and employment law.

This is a full-time, permanent contract with a competitive salary and benefits package.
