Job Title: Night Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Night Site Manager to join our team at Armstrong Nield. As a Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of conveyors and automated equipment across various projects in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the conveyors and automation industry.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home.
