SignatureStaff is seeking an experienced and flexible nanny/PA to join their team as a Family Caregiver and Administrative Support. This role involves overseeing the daily schedules of three children, driving them to activities, and maintaining a smooth household.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and organized, able to handle a busy schedule with ease. They should be happy to work additional hours at short notice and take on proxy parenting duties when needed.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will have experience working with children of similar ages and be comfortable with online grocery shopping, preparing snacks/packed lunches, and wardrobe management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create the children's schedules
  • Assist with homework and organize tutoring sessions
  • Liaise with schools and ensure all correspondence is handled efficiently
  • Drive the children to activities and appointments
  • Perform online grocery shopping and prepare meals/snacks
  • Manage the children's wardrobes and perform laundry tasks
  • Walk the family dogs and care for pets

Key Requirements:

  • Valid driving license essential
  • Able to live within easy commuting distance of North London
  • Previous experience working with children of similar ages
  • Comfortable working with animals
  • Respectful of Jewish culture and traditions

Estimated Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum.
