Deputy Governance, Quality and Safety Improvement Facilitator

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Governance Team as a Deputy Governance, Quality and Safety Improvement Facilitator. This exciting opportunity will enable you to work closely with our Governance, Quality and Safety Improvement Facilitator and Senior Management Teams to support a governance programme focused on patient quality of care, safety, and experience.

The post holder will be an integral part of our Divisional Governance team, working closely with Lead Nurses, Matrons, Divisional Operational Managers/Directors, and the Governance, Quality and Safety Improvement Facilitator. You will coordinate divisional governance activity in collaboration with divisional business teams, responding to governance data and information outcomes to support the development of new governance processes and implementation of changes in practice within clinical governance settings.
