An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated and positive individual to join the Governance Team within the Division of Medicine, Diagnostics and Clinical Support as a Deputy Governance, Quality and Safety Improvement Facilitator.
You will work closely with the Division's Governance, Quality and Safety Improvement Facilitator and Senior Management Teams across all divisional specialities to support a governance programme to include patient quality of care, safety and experience.
The post holder will be an integral part of the Divisional Governance team working closely with the Lead Nurses, Matrons, Divisional Operational Managers/Director and Governance, Quality and Safety Improvement Facilitator.
The post-holder will coordinate divisional governance activity in collaboration with the divisional business teams, in response to governance data and information outcomes supporting the development of new governance processes and implementation of changes in practice within clinical governance settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of governance processes and procedures
- Collaborate with divisional business teams to implement changes in practice
- Work closely with senior management teams to ensure effective governance
