We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Ashford. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects.

About the Role:
  • Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
  • Monitor construction budgets and keep track of expenses.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum is on offer, plus performance bonuses and benefits package including pension plan and comprehensive health coverage.
