Job Description

Cast UK Limited is a growing business seeking an experienced Portfolio Brand Manager to develop marketing and educational resources and activities to enhance the value proposition of the brands within our organisation. This is an exciting time to join an expanding pharmaceutical company, offering opportunities to develop and grow within your role.

This position involves creating, developing, and executing targeted sales and marketing initiatives for defined brands in our portfolio. You will need high-level brand management experience, particularly in pharmaceutical marketing, to achieve results that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies and plans for agreed trade sales brands, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  2. Budget and OPEX Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to understand commercial frameworks and support setting and achieving annual budgets and OPEX targets.
  3. Foster Collaboration with Customers: Establish strong partnerships with key customers to gather insights on clinical and competitive environments, using these insights to tailor marketing strategies and materials.
  4. Development of Certified Marketing Materials: Develop insights-based, certified materials for agreed trade sales brands, including branded and non-branded content, ensuring it aligns with brand priorities.
  5. Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have knowledge and tools needed to effectively communicate the value of our brands.
  6. Project Management: Lead ad-hoc business projects within the marketing function by managing project teams, identifying goals, planning tasks, and ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements
  1. A valid driving licence.
  2. A valid passport for international travel as required.
  3. National travel for meetings and customer work.
