Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our digital products. As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in creating intuitive and user-friendly designs that meet the needs of our clients and users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement user experience strategies to enhance the usability and accessibility of our digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver pixel-perfect design mock-ups that meet our design standards.
  • Contribute to the growth and maintenance of our web and mobile design systems, ensuring a scalable design foundation.
  • Participate in design review sessions to receive feedback and improve design abilities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in the B2B or enterprise software space.
  • A portfolio that showcases strong UX and UI skills, contextualized with solid thinking and rationale.
  • Experience in shipping or a related industry is highly desirable.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
