About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join our busy Theatre at Ashtead Hospital. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and be flexible with their work patterns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Work closely with Registered Nurses and consultants to ensure a safe and caring environment for patients
  • Have a warm, considerate, and empathetic character
  • Be able to make decisions and use your initiative
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have previous Theatre experience
  • Be flexible and positive in your approach
