Theatre Health Care Assistant - Ashtead Hospital
We are seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join our Theatre team at Ashtead Hospital. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and be flexible with their work patterns.
The Role
The Health Care Assistant will work closely with Registered Nurses and consultants to provide a safe and caring environment for our patients. The role will be varied, with opportunities to develop skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- NVQ level 2 or prepared to train to this level
- A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
- The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Theatre experience
- A flexible and positive attitude
