Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage all supply chain activities across the business. The successful candidate will form close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supply Chain Leadership: Lead and manage all supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Inventory Management: Control all stocks, including raw materials, finished goods, and factored goods, through effective management of the Coldstores and stocks within, including stock held at 3rd Party Warehouse.
  4. Procurement: Manage all raw materials to meet production and sales plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  5. Logistics and Transportation: Manage the efficiency and costs of importing goods using a 3rd party transport company, and optimize 3rd party logistics, including storage and transport, to reduce errors and maintain stock integrity.
  6. System Management: Set up, manage, and own the stock control system, production planning system, and all associated reporting systems.
  7. Stock Control: Carry out regular stock checks with the help of the team to maintain stock integrity and investigate discrepancies.
  8. Warehouse and Goods-in Operations: Support warehouse and goods-in operations where required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to form close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex supply chain issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in using supply chain management software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
