About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEN school in Luton. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in mental health and autism, and will be able to provide first-class support to children with complex social, emotional and mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have an Undergraduate Degree (preferable) and/or previous SEN experience, with a keen interest in mental health and autism. They will also have knowledge of the range of different types of learning and behavioural needs, and be able to work effectively with children with SEMH elements of the provision.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their understanding and knowledge of mental health and autism, and to gain hands-on experience working with children with complex needs.

Requirements:
