Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Service Engineer to join our global operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our equipment at customer sites worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites
  • Maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Training of customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Reporting and documentation of site visits and equipment performance
  • Liaison with sales, production, and design teams to ensure seamless equipment delivery and support
  • Travel to customer sites worldwide, including weekend work and travel as required

Requirements:

  • Recognized engineering apprenticeship or equivalent experience
  • ONC or HNC in engineering or related field
  • Mechanical assembly and fault diagnosis skills
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings and pneumatic circuits
  • Basic understanding of electrical control circuits and PLC machine controls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
  • Compliance with latest vaccinations, inoculations, and blood tests for foreign travel
