About the Role:

The Omega Resource Group is seeking an exceptional International Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our global operations, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to international clients via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
  • Contribute to the development of new technical solutions and processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
