Clinical Lead in Geriatrics

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead in Geriatrics to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust. As a clinical lead, you will play a vital role in leading our multidisciplinary team and driving the development of our Elderly Care service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatrics and exceptional leadership skills. Experience working in a similar environment, such as the NHS, is essential.
The salary for this role is approximately £**85,000-£110,000** per annum, depending on experience. Our trust offers a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this position within our organization.
You will be responsible for leading our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality care to our patients. Your expertise will be sought after in developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve patient care.

As a clinical lead, you will work closely with our senior management team to drive the growth and development of our Elderly Care service. You will ensure accurate recording of clinical activity and submit it via our clinical system.
