About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
