About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Compliance Manager to join our team at Creative Tax Recruitment. As a Tax Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tax claims prepared by our consultant delivery team meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tax compliance strategies to ensure that all tax claims meet HMRC standards
  • Collaborate with our consultant delivery team to ensure that all tax claims are prepared in accordance with HMRC guidelines
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that all tax claims are accurate and compliant
  • Provide training and guidance to our consultant delivery team on tax compliance best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and implement changes as necessary
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance, preferably in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of ensuring tax compliance and accuracy in tax claims
  • Strong knowledge of HMRC guidelines and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
