About the Role:

This is an excellent chance for experienced engineers to join a demanding yet rewarding environment, working between Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) with scope for overtime. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, fault-finding abilities, and the desire to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out routine servicing and reactive repairs to electrical and mechanical services. Additionally, you will assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor.

You will perform unsupervised routines (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and building services, including:

  • Emergency lighting
  • AHUs, FCUs
  • Pumps, Motors
  • Plumbing
  • Fans, Belts, Filters
  • General maintenance

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in electrical building services, a full UK clean driving licence, 18th edition certification, City & Guilds Electrical level 3 installation or equivalent, and excellent interpersonal skills.
