About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Manager to join our team at Environment Bank. As a leading figure in the creation and management of Habitat Banks, you will contribute significantly to our mission to restore and protect biodiversity.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in farm business tenancies, planning, and environmental matters related to rural land management. You will work closely with various teams, including ecology, project delivery, legal, and finance, to assess site suitability and negotiate offers with landowners. Your ability to analyze data and prioritize Habitat Bank creation will be critical to our success.

Responsibilities
• Prioritize Habitat Bank creation based on Local Authority Biodiversity Net Gain credit demand and known purchaser interest
• Conduct thorough site assessments to determine suitability for Habitat Bank creation
• Negotiate offers with landowners based on internal assessments and findings from site visits

Requirements
• Strong understanding of Farm Business Tenancies, planning, and environmental matters related to rural land management
• Analytical skills to determine title matters from Land Registry and other publicly available data sources
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams

What We Offer
