As a Property Sales Consultant at Reeds Rains, you will enjoy:

Competitive earnings of £30,000 - £33,000 on target earnings (OTE) annually A guaranteed commission for the initial three months of your employment Performance-based commission and bonus incentives Unlimited earning potential and recognition for top performers A day off in lieu for any Saturday worked Comprehensive professional training Clear career advancement opportunities

In your role as a Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Prioritizing customer satisfaction in all interactions Registering clients and matching them with suitable properties Organizing and conducting property viewings Facilitating negotiations between sellers and buyers Enhancing branch revenue by assisting clients with additional services such as mortgages, conveyancing, and insurance Providing outstanding customer service consistently

While industry experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, you must demonstrate previous success in targeted sales and possess the ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

A valid UK driving license is required.
