Role Description:

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, provide expert advice and support to patients, families, and caregivers, and contribute to the development and evaluation of clinical practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
  • Provide expert advice and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of clinical practices and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with professional and NHS standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
