The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Care Manager to join our friendly, award-winning team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a group of Care Supervisors within the home, ensuring a high-quality delivery of personal care to our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Resident Assessment and Care Planning
You will coordinate the resident assessment process, ensuring that planned care is accurate and reflected in each individual care plan.
Team Management and DevelopmentYou will support, guide, and develop your team members, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Safety and ComplianceYou will ensure compliance with the Safe Medication Management programme, including robust auditing procedures.
Care Quality and AuditYou will undertake quality care spot checks, reporting on the quality of care provided by Care Supervisors, Carers, and Senior Carers within your team.
About You

Your Qualifications and Experience
- NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent
- A minimum of two years' experience in long-term care or a similar industry
- Comprehensive understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards
- Experience in leading a team in a similar care environment
Benefits and Requirements
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- A DBS Disclosure check, which will be met by Avery Healthcare
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
