Are you a sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a proven track record of success in sales valuation and a tenacious attitude? We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager Assistant to join our team at Deverellsmith, a leading independent agency in East London.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our branch manager in reaching instruction targets, bringing stock on for the wider team, and moving the office forward. You will have the opportunity to close and negotiate your own deals, while also contributing to the success of our team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £25,000, plus car allowance, and the opportunity to achieve on-target earnings of £55,000 in the first year, plus End of Year Profit Shares. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including monthly team budgets, awards nights, themed parties, and an exclusive company-wide training facility.

Requirements
  • Proven sales valuation experience
  • Track record of consistent billings/instructions
  • Tenacious attitude and eye for detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Full driver's license and car
  • Commitment to working weekends
