Job Description

**Technical Lead - HVAC and Mechanical Works**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Carbon60. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our engineers, staff, and clients on all aspects of HVAC and mechanical works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and advice to employees and clients on all technical issues relating to mechanical and HVAC.
  • Carry out technical audits on sub-contractors and field engineers to ensure they are working to regulation standards and meeting company expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations, including F-Gas, Oftec, Gas Safe, Water Regulations, and Building Regs.
  • Attend client meetings on site to discuss new and ongoing works.
  • Provide accurate and value-for-money quotations for new and ongoing works.
  • Assist with all planning and invoice queries relating to HVAC and mechanical works.

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical experience in a similar role.
  • Site experience of five years minimum carrying out installation and/or maintenance works on all aspects of HVAC/mechanical works.
  • Proven track record of engaging effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Background in facilities management, building services, HVAC, or engineering.
