Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Critical Facilities Maintenance team at NTT Global Data Centers EMEA UK. As a Mechanical Engineer - Data Center Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing the delivery of Facilities Maintenance services to our Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of mechanical vendors HVAC delivery, ensuring statutory and contractual deliverables are met within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Authoring and oversight of mechanical MOP/SOP/EOP documents, regardless of source.
  • Ensuring relevant Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) are provided by HVAC specialist vendors and are suitable and sufficient.
  • Acting as a mechanical competent person (CP) and prepared to attend AP11 and medic first aid training to become an Authorised Person (AP).
  • Providing support, expertise, and preventative maintenance suggestions for power generators, chilled water, and HVAC systems to ensure the successful and efficient operation of our Data Center estate.
