Job Title: CFM Mechanical Engineer

NTT Global Data Centers EMEA UK is seeking a skilled CFM Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Critical Facilities Maintenance (CFM) site operations team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing the delivery of Facilities Maintenance services to our Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee mechanical vendors and ensure they meet statutory and contractual deliverables within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Author and oversee mechanical Method of Procedure (MOP), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and End of Procedure (EOP) documents.
  • Ensure relevant Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) are provided by HVAC specialist vendors and are suitable and sufficient.
  • Act as a mechanical Competent Person (CP) and be prepared to attend AP11 and medic first aid training to become an Authorised Person (AP).
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance suggestions for power generators, chilled water, and HVAC systems to ensure the successful and efficient operation of our Data Center estate.
