ODIN RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to support the Engineer Manager in overseeing reactive and planned maintenance to ensure high standards are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery, and implementing solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing PPM and reactive maintenance on fast-paced industrial machinery
• Electrical breakdowns and repairs
• Fault-finding on both mechanical and electrical issues
• Adhering to Health & Safety protocols on site at all times
• Working within a skilled team
• Participating in continuous improvement projects, installations, and other initiatives
• Reporting into the Engineering Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

• Time-served electrical maintenance engineering experience
• HNC/HND qualified, NVQ level 4 or equivalent
• FMCG engineering background preferred
• Proven experience and a drive to work in a fast-paced environment
