Job Title: Health and Safety Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Director to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our Health and Safety department, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our employees and clients across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety practices
  • Collaborate with the HSE Director to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety protocols
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in the construction industry
  • NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent NVQ qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
