Senior Health and Safety Manager

Our company, The Health and Safety Partnership Limited, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a senior member of our health and safety team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing health and safety policies and procedures across our diverse and high-profile engineering facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audits of our health and safety management system to identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory agencies and stakeholders during inspections and audits.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to employees on health and safety matters.
  • Investigate health and safety incidents and accidents, and ensure that necessary actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health and safety performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Diploma level or equivalent qualification.
  • Additional knowledge and/or qualifications in environmental and quality disciplines would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
