**Job Overview:**

A prestigious law firm in the Berkshire area is seeking a skilled Criminal Defence Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE to take on a varied caseload and represent clients in complex and sensitive matters.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in private client and regulatory crime, with strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills. They will be expected to advise and represent clients in criminal matters, including serious offenses, breaches, and white-collar crime cases. Additionally, they will be responsible for drafting legal documents, providing expert legal advice, and working closely with other members of the team to ensure efficient case management.
