We are reducing our full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week, effective from 1 April 2024, without any change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro-rata for part-time staff. This change reflects our commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Work across sites at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and the Western General Hospital, managing trauma, elective, surgical, and non-surgical upper limb patients.
- Contribute to the clinical leadership and development of the Physiotherapy Out-patient upper limb rehabilitation service, in conjunction with Team Lead Physiotherapists.
- Provide training to the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and participate in pan-Lothian Quality Improvement (QI) projects to enhance orthopaedic pathways.
