About the Role

Achieving for Children is seeking an experienced social work qualified manager to join our team as a Team Leader in the Single Point of Access. The successful candidate will provide management oversight and supervision to the various roles within the team, including Social Workers, Contact Information Officers, and Business Support Officers.

The Team Leader will drive performance and timely decision making at the front door, working closely with the Deputy Head of Service to ensure the effective delivery of services. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and partners.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is educated to a degree level with a relevant professional qualification in social work, and who has postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field. The successful candidate will also have active Social Work England registration and a proven track record of continuing professional development.
