Job Description

University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse to join their team at the Royal Derby Hospital.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse to work on Puffin Ward, caring for patients aged 0-18 years. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric care and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Care planning and delivery for medical, surgical, and mental health patients
  • Observations and risk assessment
  • Medicine administration and family centered care
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Current NMC Registration
  • Paediatric Qualification
  • Excellent analytical and judgemental skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
