Job Title: Group Manager for Children with Disabilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Manager to lead our team of social workers in providing high-quality support to families with disabled children.

About the Role

As a Group Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of social workers and ensuring that they provide effective support to families with disabled children. You will work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that the needs of children and families are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of social workers to provide high-quality support to families with disabled children.
  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that the needs of children and families are met.
  • Develop and implement plans to support families with disabled children.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support provided to families with disabled children.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification in social work or a related field.
  • Experience of managing a team of social workers.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively with other teams and stakeholders.
