Architectural Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our architectural practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical drawings and collaborating with our experienced team to meet client briefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
  • Collaborating with the architectural team to ensure client briefs are met to the highest standards
  • Managing project workloads and meeting strict deadlines
  • Communicating effectively with the team and clients
  • Contributing to an environment where innovative and creative design solutions are encouraged

Requirements:

  • A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Extensive UK-based post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop is beneficial
