Architectural Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our architectural team, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and collaborating with our experienced team to deliver exceptional architectural, design, and building services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed technical drawings in collaboration with the architectural team
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure the client's brief is always met
  • Manage your workload while adhering to project deadlines
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop to enhance your technical abilities

Requirements:

  • A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Sufficient UK-based experience post qualification
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Local to the Hertford area
