About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Manager to lead our day-to-day works programmes at our world-class training ground.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the maintenance of 11 full-size grass pitches, 3 artificial pitches, a 3⁄4 size indoor pitch, 5 grass training areas, and various off-pitch areas, ensuring top-quality playing conditions year-round.
  • Oversee renewal and renovation projects over the next five years, collaborating with senior staff at the Elite Performance Centre and American Express stadium.
  • Support future expansion delivery, including a potential Women's first-team stadium and enhanced community facilities.
  • Provide the highest quality pitches and training areas throughout the year for all our teams, ensuring all off-pitch areas are maintained and presented to the highest standards.
  • Drive environmental efforts and enhance biodiversity at all venues.
Requirements
  • Innovative leader with a passion for your work.
  • Experienced in a comparable elite environment with a desire to achieve the highest standards.

  • Detailed and current knowledge of industry practices and innovations.

Qualifications
  • Sports Turf Maintenance Level 2 and 3 certifications.
