About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our Marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide financial expertise and support to our Marketing division, helping us to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets, understanding key drivers and confidently challenging stakeholders as needed.
  • Build and nurture relationships with the Marketing senior leadership teams, providing comprehensive support with brand performance and essential analysis.
  • Examine cost lines deeply, identifying opportunities and understanding associated risks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the wider finance function, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and positive change.
About You
  • Qualified accountant, either newly qualified or with working experience.
  • Clear and considered communicator, skilled at simplifying complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial conversations and understanding sales functions.
  • Adept at challenging assumptions and influencing at all levels, with a strong track record of explaining business case outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to add value to a business, whether through financial gains or process improvements.
  • Experience with SAP or general BI tools is desirable.
