Ambulance Support Worker

We are seeking an Ambulance Support Worker to join our team at Digitaltidewave. As an Ambulance Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ambulance crew in providing emergency medical care to patients.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist in transporting patients to hospital or other healthcare facilities, while also providing emotional support to patients and their families.
You will also be responsible for completing paperwork required for patient transfer and responding to emergencies during duty hours. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain good working relationships between staff and patients throughout transfers.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You should also be aware of relevant national and local policies regarding safeguarding children and adults.
