About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our Agile delivery team in Basingstoke. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting Agile ceremonies, managing timelines, and leading the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, end-of-sprint show and tell, and retrospective events.
- Manage timelines and lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
- Identify and remove impediments, and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
- Work with other Agile Team Coaches and colleagues to foster cultural change and establish an environment where trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility, and fun are main attributes.
