CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking a skilled Server Build Engineer to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Server Build Engineer to work on our Agile/Scrum team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated builds, developing deployment strategies for multiple Windows Server builds, and ensuring the security requirements of our infrastructure platform are met.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement automated builds for Windows Server
- Develop deployment strategies for multiple Windows Server builds
- Ensure compliance with CESG guidance and DISA STIGs
- Implement Microsoft Certificate Authority solutions
- Develop Windows Server firewall configurations
- Integrate packaged applications into server provisioning
- Design and implement HyperV infrastructure
- Produce Group Policy Objects and PowerShell scripts
- Produce high-level and low-level design documentation
- Produce transition plans and user documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience with MECM/SCCM, VSphere, and ESX. You will also need to be comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment and have excellent communication skills.
