At The Sterling Group, we are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Care Specialist to join our Perioperative team at our Acute Hospital site in Bath, Somerset. As a clinical member of the Theatre Scrub team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and high-quality patient-focused care.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will have at least three years of Ortho Scrub experience with expertise in hips and knees.
  • You will work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional patient care and support junior colleagues.

This is a full-time position, although we are open to considering part-time opportunities. Our hospital has received an 'outstanding' rating for caring and offers a range of facilities including state-of-the-art operating theatres and diagnostic units.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as a personal pension plan, employee discount scheme, and private medical insurance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RGN or ODP registration with the NMC or HCPC.
  • Supervisory experience and mentorship skills.
