Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • To coordinate and supervise a shift, communicating effectively with members of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-led care to patients.
  • To effectively plan, manage, and evaluate care of patients that are being managed on the unit, including acute oncology patients, surgical, and haematological patients.
  • To work on the hotline (triaging, advising, and prioritizing patient care).
  • To exercise clinical judgment and decision making about patient needs in terms of long-term goals or plans.
Requirements
  • NMC Registration
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development
  • RMH Certificate in Intravenous Drug Administration or to be obtained within three months of appointment
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and generous annual leave.
